Dirty egg in incubator

Hello! I am new to this and just started incubating. I ordered several sets of hatching eggs off of EBay and a few had excessive amounts of dirt and poo on them. I know now I should have thrown them out, but they have been sitting in the incubator with the other eggs for a few days. Is it a lost cause, should I take them out, or leave them in? Thanks!
