Discolored eggs

I have 4 Barred Rocks. I suspect that one of them (which is smaller than the other 3) is producing many times but not all the time... small white eggs and sometimes the egg is of a weird shape. All the other eggs are brown in color and decent size.

Should I be concerned?

How long has she been laying? Young hens sometimes lay odd eggs while they work out the kinks in their reproductive systems. In older hens the odd shapes and lack of pigment on the shells could be due to stress or other problems, such as disease. How is she doing in general? Are the others nice to her or are they bullying her?

They are 1 year old. This is their second laying season. I don't remember seeing these white odd shaped eggs last summer. She is the smallest and at the bottom of the pecking order... but all four do get along fairly well. They all seem happy, fit and well adjusted.
