Discourage chicken from certain flower beds

Help please. I have a large garden. 1/2 an acre. My chickens (6 of then) are soon going to be allowed to roam free during the day. How can I deter them from certain flower beds? I have just planted heaps of new seeds. Seedlings. Small shrubs. (New garden). Thanks in advance!!

Buy a roll of deer fencing. It comes in a 100' roll, 7' tall. You can cut it in half with a pair of scissors. It's nearly invisible from a short distance. You can thread fiberglass or bamboo posts through it, and peg it down to the ground. Hold it in place at the top of the posts with clothes pins. It totally baffles the chickens. They try to push through it, and never think to try to fly over it.
