Discouraging chickens from an area?

Usually about 10 of my chickens wind up flying out of the run to free range during the day. They have plenty of great spots they could forage and roost but for some reason they go straight to my front porch where theres no shelter and no forage and by the morning it looks like a gorilla had been using my porch as a latrine. Its getting pretty old. I cant figure out anything that will keep them away. Ive built them so many shelters and their barn is a chicken mansion but these 10 just want to go to terrible spots.

Fencing isnt a solution because they routinely fly over a 10 foot fence. Any ideas?

A roof on the pen would keep them in and also provide protection against aerial predators.

I had one girl so determined to escape that she ended up with all the primaries on both wings clipped.

She's now probably too heavy to fly.

Just clipped one wing on all of them earlier today. Didnt even slow them down. One of them is a rooster weighing in at 14lbs. And hes still able to fly without the feathers on one wing. I'll have to clip their other wing tomorrow.
