Disease or egg bound concern

Hey! I have some concerns about my blue wheaten ameraucana pullet. She was hatched 6/3/2019, and has yet to produce an egg. It's winter, so I wasn't expecting anything, but we live in FL. Yesterday, she spent all day in her coop. She didn't actually leave her coop until about noon today. VERY unlike her, she's a social girl. I went over to look into her coop, and there was no egg, and she'd barely eaten any of her food. (She's free range, but I put a cup of starter food in her coop each night to lure her in and keep her well fed.) Now, I'm noticing runny poop and even a bloody looking poop where she'd just been standing on my porch. What do you guys think? Sorry about the pictures, they're gross.

I didn't know this existed! Thank you. It didn't really narrow it down, but I maaaayyyy just get a vet involved.
