Disformed Egg... Why?

What happened to this egg?
Usually has perfect jumbo eggs.
The hen is free range with free choice layer feed. Im not sure of her age but appears healthy and is a daily layer. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks

That also happens to me once and a while. I honestly don't know why. it happens to all my chickens.

I know they're so weird sometimes and kind of gross! I'm wondering the same thing as I also collect those kind of eggs
