Dividing run to keep chicks safe, will hens fly over?

I'm puttin gup some plastic poultry netting inside my run to separate my 4 week old chicks from the older girls. The poultry netting is 3' wide. Will hens fly over that justbto get to the chicks? Do I need to cover the chicks section? The entire run is covered, I just mean covering the chicks section so that the older gals don't hop over.

The divider needs to go all the way up and connect back to the roof or over head netting. If the adults can get on the top net, they can break it, get stuck or attack the chicks. Yes, they will go over to see the new comers and they will bother them.
