Hi everyone !!

I make this egg incubator and after 18 the eggs from down part hatch almost all
now running the 20th day and still not hatch from the top part. Any suggestion how to improve my air flow ? or the egg incubator ?

Many Thanks !

For the temperature i have digital electrical thermostat and the sensor is under the first egg tray in the middle . At the top is humidity sensor

it is more important to keep the eggs below 100 degrees than it is to keep the eggs above 99 degrees. An improvement could be to move the temperature sensor to the level of the eggs on the top tray. that way you would be sure to keep them at a temp that is not too hot. I would like to see more pictures :D

add 1 to 2 small fans in the top angled to the middle of the incubator. They need to be 12vdc fans running off a 6 to 9v dc supply (plug in transformers are on everything you buy these days so anything around 9v will do).

The lower voltage will cause the fans to run slower which is better for mixing the air and reducing hot/cold spots. Most home built incubators are tested empty then when the eggs are added the eggs block the air movement especially around the temperature / humidity sensors causing all sorts of problems. (I had to add a extra fan to mine for the same reason)

I am thinking to put that tray i have in second photo to diminished the space in the egg incubator because there us a lot of space in the top area

the results is from the lower egg tray almost all eggs hatch except some witch weren't fertile from the top egg tray around 35 after 2 3 days and i have found a lot of dead inside the eggs :((
(each egg tray hold 144 eggs )
