Dizzy Chicken

Please Help!! I have a 3 year old Rhode Island Red that is acting as if she is drunk She is drinking and eating. Her facial feathers have all turned white within a weeks time. She walks one foot in front of the other and at times stands in one spot and circles. I have 10 chickens and all the others are fine! As for laying, they all have decided not to lay eggs in their boxes, dont know why?? They are free range in our yard. I will do what it takes to save her. She is one of my First!! Please Help

Is she any better today? Could she have gotten into something poisonous while free ranging?
