DNA testing for white peas?

http://www.dnasexing.com/

This site can do DNA sexing from blood or feathers. Either one is pretty simple, and can be done from Day 1 if you want. For feathers you just pluck a feather (has to be plucked not shed, if there's blood it has to dry before you package it) and put it in a regular zip baggie with a label to identify which bird which feather came from, and mail it to them with their order form and payment. For blood, you print their blood test cards out, obtain a drop of blood (they suggest from the foot) and put it on the corner of the card, and let it dry. Fill out the card, and mail them the cards, order form, and payment. The cost through them is $20 each for 1-4 birds, and $17 something each for 5+ birds. Seems like a lot, but I have yet to see someplace cheaper or easier for you and your birds.

I believe they can also do it from the egg shell leavings (the membranes and blood left in it), but I don't know much about that.

Thank you so much for your answer! Definitely feathers would be the way to go - I'll wait a few weeks until all of mine have hatched out, in case I get some more white peas, & wait until they start getting their adult feathers, then do this.
