do any of you do animals as a living?

It depends on what you consider a nice house and life. It also depends on what you want to do with animals and what animals you wish to work with. Anything to do with animals, especially at the size to turn a profit, requires a lot of labor, space, start up costs/materials, and the constant risk of injuries, illness, and setbacks.

why do u need so much conny

also 100 acres does it need to be green if we choose species that like weeds, trees brush and rocks as well as grass

When I say green, I mean not desert or frozen most of the year. On 100 acres of ether you could make a living but 100 acres that is not green is not a lot. 100 acres of southern green grass can handle 25 head of cows an raise there babies.. Wild guess, thats $25K a year in beef. With 100 acres of desert or winter wonderland, you may be able to do a forth of that..

Its really a matter of what kind of land, what animals an what work you put in to it.

There are people that make $1m a year growing rats on an acre. There are also others that cant make ends meet with 1000 acres. I raise dogs on 3 acres an the bills get payed but that is about it, I am working (not hard) 24/7/365 though. Animals means no time off ever.
