Do bantams and normal chickens breed?

Might sound like a stupid question, but does the size difference make a difference at breeding time?

You can mix Match breeds. The sizes differs.

Yes, you can breed large fowl and bantams.

But....

A heavy large fowl rooster could hurt a bantam hen when he gets on top of her.
A bantam rooster might be not able to 'reach' far enough to effectively fertilize a large fowl hen.
