Do chickens get colds?

I went out this afternoon to check on the girls and one of them had what appeared to be a pretty regular "sneeze". Well it sounded like a sneeze/cluck at the same time. Can they get colds? It has been pretty cold the past few days have been in the 20's F, and we have a pretty significant wind that blows, but they do have a wind block with tarps and bales of straw. Should I be keeping them in the coop at those temps? If it is a cold, how do you treat it? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.
