Ok. I have been raising my chickens for a few years. The only thing I've done differently this year is to put my young chicks near the regular coup. Suddenly, I've got 2 broody hens! Is it feasible that the timing is just right for the hens, or could having the chicks so close cause this reaction? One hen started setting a week ago. The other, just today. The chicks in question are just over a month old.
