Do fowl pox spots get this big?

Wondering if this is part of fowl pox, which seems to be lingering for well over 3 months in my flock. Or is it possible for chicken combs to be bruised? I feel if it’s not one thing it’s another. My other chicken is nearly recovered from a dog attack and now I have predator tracks around my coop and this strange spot on my son’s favorite chicken. 😳Joy!

Looks to be a bruise. Fowl pox spots can get that big, but they're usually quite crusty.
