Hey Peepers!
A while ago I posted about a little frizzled Cochin bantam I had found at my local feed store.
At first it looked like he was going to be a white one or Columbian, but now I am confused about the colors showing. Do I have a calico or Mille fleur in my hands? Boy, I am so excited about this little one. It also appears to be a roo, as his comb grew quite a bit in the last week, but I'll wait and see.
Any guesses are welcome, I love playing the "What color is it" game 🤣
Thank you to the regulars who always answer my posts ❤️

Would a buff have black spots in the feathers too?
They show better on the first few pictures, I thought he was a buff too, but those black spots have me so confused. ❤️
He may have black leakage from a mixed line somewhere in his genetics, but he is most likely not Mille Fleur. When a breed of the Mille Fleur variety is a chick, they will have gray and brown down feathering.
