Do I have a girl? New Seb baby.

Look who was born today! Momma even let me examine the little thing without complaint. Geese get such a bad rap, mine are the sweetest. I'm just expecting the one to hatch. I want to say it's a girl if I remember the childhood coloring of the parents correctly. I know the girls are grayer but I second guess myself with no definite sunny yellow boy to compare. This would put me at perfect goose equilibrium so I want to believe it. What do you think?

Not too sure on the sex as I only ever had one seb goose myself..But that liitle one is so precious.Even more so if it is the only hatchling expected. Those pics are simply gorgeous.

I am under the impression that white sebbies born with the darker coloring are female but I don't know how accurate that is. I am hoping it is pretty accurate cuz I'm waiting on a little girl to be born......

Oh yay! Thank heavens for little girls! I had an upset last night where my gander successfully defended against a fox. I felt so sure I had locked the 6 sided kennel but it was open. He lost a lot of feathers but no blood or injuries. Chickens went scattered all over the yard but they are accounted for. So scary! I have a guy building me a magnifico chicken house RIGHT NOW. Got to protect that sweet little baby. Her two dads are sticking very close to her. Here she is today:
