Do i have a mean chick?

Is this baby blind? Are the eyes missing is she injured i have washed with warm water and they will not open she obviously can't see and she chirps all night and day very loud i try to feed her and give her water but she won't take it. She won't lay down she just stands chirping until she falls out.

Can you put a dab of either Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin ointment into the eye twice daily after cleaning them? It can be common for a baby chick to peck at bright objects, and the eyes are feprequent targets. Open her eye with your fingers to see if her eyeball is intact. Hopefully she will heal up. The pecker may need to be separated with a small partition. I had a day old chick who pecked everyone around her, and she was separated for overnight, and stopped the behavior.
