[/IMG] about 4.5 weeks old. I would like to know what breed and if it's a rooster. Unfortunately I can't have roosters in my town but I have a back up home, I just really like this little chick!

It's a cockerel, not sure on breed, black sex link cockerels are barred, I believe.
