Do I have a roo??

Hi, I have 5 RIRs that are a little over a year old and I was just given 4 more from my brother in law. These are around 20 weeks and he insists they're all females......however one of them has green prominent tail feathers and green feathers around its neck......can females have these? Also, any advice on integrating them into our flock? I've got a separate area set up in the coop for them right now and am allowing the girls to get used to their presence before letting them out...TIA!
