Do I have a rooster?

I bought 4 chicks that had hatched around May 1. We got them at 1 week old and Im pretty sure I got one rooster in the group. I took some pictures to send to the farmer that had sexed them as we are not allowed to have roosters in residential property in my town. My husband thinks it's just a big girl.... thoughts?
