do I have a rooster?

we have 2 Rhode island reds and 2 buff orpingtons, 7 weeks old, 1 Rhode island has a larger comb than the others and has tail feathers about 2 inches long where the others don't. How can I tell if it's a rooster?

we have 3 out of 5 that are roo's! You are right! it sounds like a male! Is its comber redder in color? I'll have my daughter(thechickengoesrawr) post some of the pics she has when she gets up. I'm not what you would call computer savy.LOLe

I bought 3 RIR pullets, and I think one is a roo too... I have a thread about it with pics, does yours look like this:

The comb doesn't have much red in it at all, not like your pic, it's still yellowish like the others. I will post some pics later so you can see it.
