Do I have a sizzle on my hands?

What is my bantam?? Purchased her with some others at TSC. I suspect either a silkie, frizzle, or a sizzle possibly. Her wing feathers are growing in so weird. Help please??

I have 2 identical to this. I have been told frizzle red or buff cochin. How many toes does yours have. I think a sizzle will have 5 toes. Not sure though.

Definitely not a silkie/sizzle, it is lacking black skin and looks like 4 toes, probably frizzle/cochin
