do i have a stupid duck or a broody duck lol

i have a pekin duck that well has gorn a little silly she has stolen a nest of eggs and has started sittting on them today and gets very very upset at anything that goes near them our poor little dog got a very big scare as far as i knew pekins do not go broody is she likely to stay on them or give up one of my muscovey girls stayed with her i was hopeing it would be her that went broody but i just cant understand how our pekin named angel ( she has a very bad angel wing she came from animal rescue ) could go from wonderful sweet angel to mad very scary duck in a few hours our muscoveys were never this bad lol

Well, definitely broody

but I didn't know pekins didn't usually go broody. My dog got quite a scare from my broody duck, too. She's a labrador, but if see's my little duck will bolt lol.. poor girl
