Do I have multiple layers?

We recently got 4 POL warrens, and in the last 4 days we've had 3 eggs. The first was very pale, almost white. Then a dark brown, then a medium brown. Is it likely these are all from the same bird, just colour variations as she starts laying or more than one hen?

Agreed. There will be egg color variations within the season but not in consecutive days.
