Do I have pullets or cockerels?

Can anyone tell me if I have pullets or cockerels? These were labeled assorted pullets when I bought them. They are aggressive to each other and to my other pullets, they are approximately 10 weeks old.

I have 3 of these and they just seem more aggressive than all of my others. They plucked the others tail feathers while in the brooder and they chase the younger group of chicks. They even try to chase the chicks with the broody but she chases them away. I am hoping once they start laying that they will lose some of that behavior.

It's the pecking order at work. Some chicks want to be the head hanchos,so they are more aggressive.
