I have a very mean Rooster who has 1/3 of my 30 hens bloody and lacking feathers. I am not interested in having any babies. So can I rehome him?

You can try, but finding him a good home, rather than ending up as chicken stew may not be easy. If he's doing so much damage to 30 hens, then it may not be fair to dump him on someone else.

I do have a small white silky rooster, who causes no trouble and hardly crows. So that would be good enough right?

No no, you don't have to have a rooster , the reality is they are only necessary if you want to hatch chicks .

I've sold and given away many roosters ,
Advertise him and see what happens ...

Oh my gosh, I did not think of that. I would not want him to hurt someone else's hens. I know I could not kill him myself, just not brave enough. What do I do?

Give him away , tell them his story if they eat him ... so be it !! You want your hens happy or they won't lay for you

I have read that a Rooster does help protect the flock? Not that this little guy could do much. I have separated the mean Big rooster from the girls. Since I did that I am getting
twice as many eggs a day. But it is hard to keep him segregated. EEK do not know what to do with Meanie.

That is a good idea....I can advertise on craigslist for a big but mean rooster for free!
