our little chick has zipped and been sitting like this for hours now. Should I intervene? He's moving around and pushing, but can't seem to get free

Couldn't resist popped the top for this guy, but now he looks like he's stuck!

thanks for responding. Turns out he was wedged between the egg next to him. I moved the egg out of the way and he slid right out. I guess my incubator was packed too tight. :)
