Do I need Grit?

My yard is mostly sandy soil.. 10 minutes from the beach.... Do I still need to provide grit or since they are free range will they get what they need?

They should certainly get what they need if they are free-ranging. You could always get a small bag of grit and put some in a bowl for them to free-choice if they want. Our birds are on sand and we have never given them grit in the last 3 years.
