Do I need to frame my 3x4' coop?

I have a very sturdy raised base of 3x4' for my chicken coop. If I just make the sides with plywood, will it be sturdy enough or do I need to frame it out with 2x4's?

Smaller boards, 1x2 or 1x4, will be plenty, but yes, it will need framing.

i would go with a simple little 2x3 framing structure

just rip the 2x4's in half the 2x2's will be plenty for that size. I have a shed made with 2x2's and plywood that is 6x8x7 and all the framing is 2x2's
