Hi everyone, I have 3 turkeys that are almost 5 months old 2 boys and 1 girl. We got them unsexed and we had a few pass away as poults so we ended up with less girls than we were hoping for. This morning I noticed that my girl was getting crowded by the boys and they were pecking at her head. I separated them for a bit but had to put her back in the enclosure while we went out and when we came back she has bites all over her head. I think they’ve been harassing and exhausting her because she seems very subdued and she’s normally very personable and bite-y. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with keeping my girl safe and happy until we can get more females?

First decide which tom you want to keep and get rid of the other one.

In the meantime separate her from the toms.

Look around and see if you can find some other young hens locally.
