Do I need to separate

Hi, I’m new to geese and looking for advice... I have 3 geese and 1 gander... all 3 geese are sitting on eggs approx 30 between them. They have a big shed they all sleep in at night. Secure from predators. They roam the acre of field during the day and can come and go freely when they want.
My query is, do I need to pen the goslings...? If so, with or without mammy goose....?

And is the gander ok to stay with them all.

Generally the gander will protect the geese while they are setting and the goslings once they are hatched. Just monitor things.

Yeah nothing more protective than a daddy gander.
