Do I need to worry about this?

One of biggest chicks has some weird gunk under his wing. Is this something I need to worry about?. Should I give him a bath?

He was the one who had an eye issue a couple of weeks ago. He hasn't had any more issues, but the feathers around his eye hasn't fully fluffed out.

Definately not normal. I don't know what that is. Hard to see really. Does it look like skin or some kind of fungus growing on the skin?

I gave him a bath. There doesn't seem to be any damage to the skin underneath. Ill keep an eye on him and come back to you guys if it comes back.
