So it’s night 20, I had 1 shrink wrap that lived, 2 that died, but they all had pips and breaks. I have 5 eggs left, I think 4 are done, but one feels like it’s moving inside, there are no visible pips or breaks, should I open it? Should I wait? I saw a previous post that said after 20 days they aren’t viable, I don’t want it to not hatch and pass while I sleep.

If they're coturnix, I would go ahead and open it at day 20. It's either not alive, it's alive, but probably won't make it, or it's alive and you'll save it.

This!
I'll always open eggs on day 20, when I hear life (peeping, pecking or scratching sounds ... I don't do the water test!) as I normaly shut down the bator at day 20. I cannot toss life into the waste, even if the chances are low.
Till now, about 50% made it to happy mature life.

Thank you for the replies, I opened it, but it was dead. Next time I’ll open it as soon as I feel movement, although if he’s dead already, probably an hour wouldnt have mattered, he probably would have passed while suffering.

Be carefull, opening too early can cause damage to the blood vessels and they bleed to death or they haven't sucked in the yolk sac completly. Too late and they are too weak, like in your case. Sorry for the loss, ... I am also still try and error.
There is only a short time window this works.
