cleaning out the coop today and there is two birds nest in under the felt should i take them out or is it ok to leave them to it it is sparrows no eggs in yet

I'd take them out since they will be eating your chicken feed and possibly bringing in mites and disease

If they are house sparrow nests then remove them.

If they are another type of sparrow then be quiet because you will probably be in violation of federal law by disturbing the nest.

Yep, I would remove them as well, and sprinkle a little seven dust where they were. They can give your chickens parasites too.
