Do my chickens have an infection?

Today I noticed that my chickens legs (which are feathered) were pink and her foot was bleeding. Also on my other chicken I noticed a small round, brown spot on the bottom of her foot that wasn't dirt, do they have an infection? I'm really worried, need answers fast
