Do my chickens have mites or is this just normal?

Hi everyone! I am a new chicken Mom and have 33 hens in new coop. Today I noticed that many of them are red around the face - and in looking up images online, this might just be normal... but I wanted to check on this site to see if this is a sign of mites. (This is a Cuckoo Maran) Thank you!

It's normal. They will get even more red as they reach point of lay.
