In April one of my silkies slowing started to deteriorate, she started by staggering, tripping over to barley walking at all. She did have lice at the time but managed to clear that up and it didn't help. Yesterday one of my buffs has started to trip over exactly how it all started with my silkie who had to be put down. My buff is now having watery stools, lack of appetite, paler comb no signs of lice or parasites but she has just molted, however she is still showing that she's boss and eating odd bits of seeds and taking a mud bath. I tried everything with my silkie from worming, to extra vitamins and nothing worked. I'm hoping its not but the only thing I put it down to is mareks disease. Ive tried to add a vidio but won't let me here is the pics of her though.

Hello @amyreed90 and welcome to BYC:frow

The only way to know for sure would be to send the body of the deceased bird to your state vet lab for necropsy.

The are a lot of other issues that mimick Marek's.

You can upload videos to yout*ube or other platforms and post the link here on BYC.
