do new chicks have sicknesses?

i have 2-day old chicks, do they have any symptoms or sicknesses when they are firstborn?

What do you mean? Do they have anything that they will transmit to you? The answer is no. Regardless after handling any animals you should wash your hands afterwards, not touch your face or eat while handling them, or eat their poop. That's just good animal husbandry. Enjoy your chicks, they aren't going to make you sick. If you are wondering if they are sick, no, they haven't had time to catch anything.
