do people still agree on an asil roo?

I posted pics a couple weeks ago and overall people thought he was an Asil and also a roo. Does everyone still agree?

X2. Though Shamos, Asils, and Malays look very similar, so it could be either one of those. When he gets older, it will be easier to tell his breed.
