We got some Coturnix quail and one of the was an A&M quail. We can’t breed him/her with our other quail. If I kept that one in my room would it get lonely? Or should I keep them with my other quail somehow?

Quail are flock birds and can get lonely. A lonely bird is a stressed bird, which can cause a host of problems. If you must separate them, it's best to at least keep them within earshot.

That won't be enough, as they can't interact with each other and will eventually get frustrated. If I have to separate one hen for whatever reason, she won't stop calling for the others and tries to get to them. Quail cuddle, they eat together, sleep together and forage together. Please don't keep her alone, maybe buy 2 or 3 friends for her. :)

He/she hatched with all the other chicks. I just don’t know if he/she will breed with the other chicks and cause a problem or not
Yes, she will breed with them. She's the same species, just a different colour. Are you trying to keep the colours pure?
