I have (2) 7 week old ISA Brown chicks that have been a container together for the last 6 weeks inside the house. Last night we went out and I purchased 3 more from the same grouping. Same age, same breed. I am getting ready to put them outside in a large run we built. Should I keep them separate for a while or just let them all in together? Thanks for your time and feedback.

Other than issues with quarantine, it would be better to combine them sooner than later. The longer you wait, the more established the pecking order and the less likely they are to accept new flock mates.

How big is the container?
Do you have a coop to go with that run?
Do you have other older birds, or are these your first?
Best bet would be to put them in the run all at the same time to avoid territoriality issues.
