Do silkies naturally take....

I got these guys in the pictures at the same time. The white chick is a white rock, which was nothing but fluff when we got her. Then the others are supposed to be silkies. So is this normal growth and feathering for my silkies. Or do you think they should be bigger and more feathered out?You guys bethe judge.
 
Okay I guess I am being impatient. I just kind of feel sorry for them, they are so much smaller than the rest that they get pushed around and stepped on .

She was still able to fit in the palm of my hand at that point. But that is part of their cuteness, IMO.
Very cute little baby, too.
