....no particular reason for it , but did you ever just wake up in the morning and be in one of those really pis-sy modes.

.i had one of those eposodes today , then went right to my favorite ""feel good video "" on my favorite's list.....go to utube and find talking with a baby goat--so soothing--i play it about 6 times when i'am a grouch , ..and then i have a differt view and attitude ,

Yep, I go there some times, and it's no fun. I get up off my butt and do something physical. That's what works for me. Human interaction is a big NO NO at these times.

Got home yesterday and my mail consisted of:

1. An application for a credit card that I don't have a snowball's chance in heck of qualifying for;
2. A life insurance statement showing me how much I'm worth - dead.
3. My AARP membership package.
