Do you find incubating stressful?

I'm wondering if I'm just not cut out for incubating chicks even though I love it. Until hatch time. Especially when some don't make it. I feel stressed and anxious and it's not fun anymore, but the moment I see cute fluffy chicks that grow and thrive I can't wait to do it again.

Is it 'just a job' for you or do you get seriously invested. Have you ever cried over a lost chick? (Obviously I'm a sooky girl so guys you don't have to answer if you don't want

I used to find it stressful at the beginning but now I'm fine and don't have any problems. I don't cry over a few lost chicks every now and then. I would rather not help and let the weak die and the healthy strong ones live. I am breeding brahmas so I would rather not raise chicks that have struggled at life and then pass that on to their chicks and cause more problems down the road. This is a matter of opinion though.
