Do you have to teach them to eat and drink?

Sorry so many questions but I have never done this before!!

just show them where the food and water is and their natural curiousity will cause them to pick at the stuff and learn it is good to eat. Don't be too worried if they try to eat yuckie things like poo... They'll learn. As for teaching, you just have to poke at the food and water and they will follow and peck that the stuff.
