Do you know how to make your own hen aprons?

Does anyone have a pattern or any advice on how to make my own hen aprons? I do sew, so it seems silly for me to order aprons for my roos "favorite" hens. I don't know the dimensions or how the aprons stay on and such. Some good photos of aprons would help I guess. Most of the hens that have torn up feathers are banty sized. My full sized hens are okay. Any tips would be great!

I don't have a pattern but here are two links. You could eye ball them. Other wise, they are rather cheap. Hope they help.

Nope because for 3.25 an apron I cant buy the fabric or take the time to make them I would just get them from lovemychix
