This is Lois, the solitary chick that my long-suffering broody finally hatched. Lois came with some mixed eggs and could have Sultan in her/him. I'm hoping its a her! Don't tell but my DBF named Lois after his sister in law because of the "blond hair" and the fact that Lois peeps alot---so does the human Lois!

She looks like she has little muffs, feathers on her feet and 5 toes.

Thanks, Pumpkin! She's certainly got spunk! Her and her momma are penned with over 40 youngsters that are at least twice as big as the momma and she lets NO ONE bother that chick.

This is momma and baby--Momma is a mix--I think brahma with OEG banty sized.
