I buy my flock feed at TSC...I think it's too complicated to get a nutritionally sound mix trying to do it myself.

I have some good recipes for a well balanced feed if you'd like them, pm me. Unfortunately, I now live in a feed desert and am using a feed I don't particularly care for. I can have good feed shipped to me, but shipping is the same price for 10-50 bags and I can't store 50 bags. Trying to work out a deal with my current feed supplier to receive and store my feed and continue to buy his layer. If I can work that out then I'll work with the nutritionist to come up with a base recipe that I can modify 50-100 pounds at a time to make the specialty feeds that I can't get.
