DO YOU THINK SHE IS BROODY

I have a rir that has a cluck cluck cluck but doesnt display any other signs and she always has her tail down and id poofed up but i seperated her and gave her some eggs and she wont sit on them what do you think.

You will know a hen is broody because they will refuse to get off the nest.
And if you reach in and try to grab them off the nest, they will puff up and hiss and squawk at you and may even peck at you.
